We designed this practice to be virtual. We do not publish a public telephone number or street address, and we ask that privacy requests be sent through the Contact Us form.
We provide educational health consulting. We are not your treating medical provider. Information you share may include health-related details you choose to volunteer so that a consultant can prepare. We treat that information as confidential business and consumer data and apply extra care because of its sensitivity. This policy is written for people in the United States. If another country’s laws apply to you, additional rights may exist.
Forms on this website may collect name, email address, phone number you choose to provide, product interest, message content, subscription preferences, unsubscribe reasons, and checkbox confirmations. Product booking forms may also collect a preferred time window and a short description of goals. You control how much health detail you type into a message box. We do not require medical record numbers, Social Security numbers, or insurance member IDs.
If you proceed with a paid session, we may keep scheduling notes, a session recap, and limited follow-up correspondence. Recaps are written for you. We do not sell session notes.
Like most websites, our hosting environment may record IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. This static site does not run a first-party analytics dashboard in the page code we supply. If a future hosting platform adds standard server logs, those logs are used for security and reliability.

Reviews on the website use first and last names that were provided for testimonial use or are presented as representative client comments.
We share information with service providers who help us operate email, hosting, scheduling, or payment instructions, and only as needed for those tasks. We may share information if you ask us to include a family member or employer contact in a session. Corporate clients receive only the reporting described in their package, typically de-identified attendance counts rather than employee health details.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect a person from serious harm where legally permitted, or in connection with a merger or transfer of business assets, provided the recipient agrees to protect the information in a manner consistent with this policy.
The Subscribe Email page collects name, email, interest area, and consent. The Unsubscribe Email page collects the address to remove and optional feedback. After a valid unsubscribe request, we stop marketing and newsletter sends to that address. We may keep a suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake. Transactional messages about an existing booking, payment, or privacy request may still be sent.
Contact form messages that do not become clients are kept only as long as needed to respond and to document the inquiry, then deleted or archived on a limited schedule. Booking and session records are kept for the period needed to deliver the product, handle questions, and meet bookkeeping or legal requirements, then securely deleted or de-identified. Subscription records last until you unsubscribe plus a short suppression period. Server logs follow the hosting provider’s ordinary rotation.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small virtual consulting practice, including limited access to inbox and files and validated forms that reduce incomplete or malformed submissions. No internet transmission is completely secure. You should avoid sending highly sensitive identifiers through a public form when a later secure channel is available after booking.
This website is directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through public forms. Family Health Planning sessions involving a minor are requested by an adult. If you believe a child submitted information, use the Contact Us form so we can delete it.
Our products are designed for the United States. If you access the site from another country, you understand that information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
Product photography on this website is sourced from reputable stock libraries of natural photographs. Social sharing links and any external resources (such as icon libraries) are governed by those providers. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Please keep the email address on your request current so we can reach you about scheduling. If you include racial or ethnic information, religious practice, sexual orientation, or similar details, include them only when they are relevant to the consult you requested. We do not use those categories for advertising. We do not build marketing lookalike audiences from consulting files.
If we discover a security incident that creates a legal duty to notify, we will provide notice in the manner required by applicable U.S. state law, using the email address we have on file when that is an accepted method. We will describe, at a high level, what happened, what information may have been involved, and what we are doing in response.
